We’ve been fortunate over the past few years. Why? Because we are, and have been, building non-stop. The down economy and sputtering real estate market have kept many projects and builders on the sidelines, on permanent "pause.”

During that time span, we have been in overdrive with four major commercial developments—one that that opened in Summer 2010 (Rivertowne Place, Mt. Pleasant SC), another that just celebrated a Grand Opening in September 2012 (Traemoor Village, Fayetteville NC), and two currently in the pipeline (Maybank Station, Johns Island SC and Forestville Village, Raleigh NC).
