Tom Fox speaks about “green” development.

Tom Fox was the guest speaker at a ULI South Carolina breakfast meeting held at Coffee Underground in Greenville, SC on June 25, 2009. He spoke to the Upstate Young Leaders Group (a group of Young Leaders under the age of 35 who are all members of Urban Land Institute) about "green” development and his company’s Rivertowne Place Shopping Center - a Harris Teeter anchored development in Mt. Pleasant, SC and the first LEED registered shopping center in the state.

On August 18, 2009 Tom also spoke to the brokers at NAI Earle Furman in Greenville, SC at a breakfast meeting and shared with them his experiences about "green” development, his company’s Rivertowne Place project, and "green” building issues.
