CBRE/Raleigh Secures New Retailers for Traemoor Village

Several new retailers have signed leases to open at Traemoor Village, a 76,210-square-foot shopping center in Fayetteville. The development is a joint venture between Fox Commercial Properties and Harris Teeter Supermarkets. It is located along Lakewood Drive and Rockfish Road in the Hope Mills community. Harris Teeter will anchor the center, along with an outparcel commitment from McDonald's. The grocery store will open Sept. 19. The new tenants include Hallmark, Great Clips, Mellow Mango, High Cotton Consignments Boutique, Viva The Bean and Easy Wash Dry Cleaners. McDonald's and the other retailers will open late this year or early 2013. Charlie Coyne and Spencer Borders of CBRE/Raleigh represented the shopping center owner in the lease transactions.
