Tom Fox, President
Tom began his real estate career in 1987, starting in residential sales and going on to sell more than $25 million of property. He moved into commercial real estate in 1991.
Since then, he's leased almost 1,000,000 SF of commercial property, sold more than $100 million of commercial property and been involved developing approximately $150 million of projects.
He earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University and a B.S. in Finance from Jacksonville University. Tom is a CCIM candidate, member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He holds broker's licenses in South Carolina and North Carolina.
Tom and his wife, Eva, live in Greenville, South Carolina, with their three children. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Blue Ridge Council of the Boy Scouts of America and the Board of Directors of the Western Carolinas Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
