Harris Teeter Opens at Rivertowne Place

Harris Teeter has opened its newest grocery store within Rivertowne Place in Mount Pleasant. The 55,000-square-foot location is the chain's newest prototype, which puts an emphasis on sustainability. Rivertowne Place itself is currently registered for LEED certification. Additional tenants at the center are scheduled to open at the center. They include O'Brion's Pub & Grille, Rivertowne Spirits and Julius Alterations & Cleaners. Occupancy is currently approximately 98 percent for the 62,500-square-foot center. The developer of Rivertowne Place is Greenville, S.C.-based Fox Capital Partners.
