Tom Fox part of Clemson Panel Discussion

On October 20, 2011, Tom Fox was a guest panelist at the Clemson University roundtable discussion for the SC American Planning Association. The topic for this panel session was, Developers: Partners or Antagonists? Tom and other select participants at the discussion analyzed the varying factors and determinants for a fair and effective relationship between developers and planners.

On November 26, 2012, Tom Fox was a guest lecturer in the Real Estate Development Process class for the Master of Real Estate Development Program at Clemson University.
