Three Leases Signed for Rivertowne Place

Greenville, SC-based Fox Commercial Properties has completed three leases at its Rivertowne Place retail development in Mt. Pleasant. O'Brions Pub & Restaurant will occupy 3,600 square feet of restaurant space. In addition, Rivertowne Spirits and Rivertowne Alterations & Cleaning will occupy 1,200 square feet each. They will join anchor Harris Teeter, which will be opening a new prototype location at the shopping center later this year. Currently, 1,500 square feet remains available at the center. Fox Commercial Properties also has Harris Teeter-anchored retail projects under development in John's Island, SC, and Raleigh, NC.
